This past Sunday we dedicated Eli at St. Mark's South (SMS). It was such an honour to have this time with our church family. Another special aspect of the day was that our close friend, Judith Curtis dedicated him. Judith and Des are the lead pastors of SMS. It was extra cool for us to have a woman pastor perform the dedication.

The most important part of the day for us, other than dedicating Eli to God, was that my (Blake's) family were able to attend. I picked them up from the airport, and we drove straight to the church in time for the service. It's incredibly difficult living so far away from our family. But having moments like these makes it a little bit easier.
