The Launch Party

We had an unbelievable party this past weekend! (Don’t worry, it was a holy party.) We gathered with 60+ people connected to Zoe in some way, shape, or form to celebrate Zoe Community’s official launch last week!

It’s been an incredibly busy season for us, so we struggled to stop and really think about how far we’ve come. This party gave us an opportunity to sit with those we love, who have been there for us in many ways throughout our journey.

Nine years ago Katy had a miscarriage. As God led us through that traumatic season, He planted in Katy a dream to help women suffering in silence. The shame that keeps us quiet in the midst of crisis needed to be taken down. God sculpted that dream through Katy into what is now Zoe Community. We train communities how to safely and effectively support women experiencing crisis pregnancy. We train communities practically how to generously wrap their arms around those who are hurting without judgement or bias.

As we prayed for the baby we would ultimately lose in 2015, we named her Zoe. God took ashes and created beauty. He took our pain and brought purpose. He helped us navigate a devastating storm, all the while, leading us into a new space where the potential to help countless families suffering through their own storms.

I want to thank you for walking this journey with us. This time is absolutely a milestone. But it is only the launch of something amazing happening in the nation of Ireland. Shame will lift. People will find freedom in the generous love of Christ. Thank you for helping to make this happen!

ZOE. IS. LAUNCHED.

I’ve been waiting to announce this for over 5 years. We’ve had a long road, but the day has come…ZOE COMMUNITY LAUNCHES TODAY!!!

If you’re reading this on October 7th, today is our official launch day. What does that mean? It means that for the first time in this long journey of establishing Zoe, we are officially allowed to publicly offer our services to the women of Ireland. Today begins 21 days of radio ads on Spirit Radio, many rounds of social media pushes, as well as our official Launch Party on October 11th.

We had our soft launch in June, which basically means our website and live web chat became active. I’m happy to report that so far Zoe has seen 5 babies born to amazing women coming through our doors. A sixth is on the way!! So as we launch, and we begin marketing heavily, I cannot WAIT to bring you more and more stories of lives that have been changed by the love of Christ and the community of believers partnering with Zoe Community.

Unshamed Conference 2024 in the Books!

We are so blown away by how this conference went. We had over 120 Irish women (and two men including myself). The stories told, testimonies we’ve heard, lives that were changed, hearts that were healed…it’s overwhelming and we’re still process. But I want to thank each of you who prayed and sponsored women to attend.

We had a small group of 8 teen challenge girls recovering from addiction attend. One was convinced that God does not speak to her. During one of the worship times her hands began to sweat and she felt something inside. One of our amazing table hosts prayed with her, prophesied a gift of healing, and that girl left knowing that God loves her and does, in fact, speak to her.

That’s one of many stories. I hope to share more with you in the coming weeks. But for now, we will rest, process, and prepare for the launch of Zoe Community next week!!
